Arrival Instructions
- Upon arrival, please pull a ticket from the automated machine to enter the lot. Park in any non-reserved space, then proceed into the lobby where a staff member will provide you with further instructions.
- You may schedule your airport drop-off with our front desk team. Our shuttle leaves for the airport every 30 minutes when there are requests. Additionally, based on availability, we may be able to honor special time requests.
- The shuttle waiting area is located in the hotel lobby or at the exterior bench near the hotel’s main entrance
- After arrival at the airport and baggage claim, proceed to Ground Transportation located at pillars 5 & 6. Then, cross the street to the taxis and shuttles area, where you will wait for our hotel shuttle.
- At this time, you may call our hotel at 949-863-1999 to request a shuttle pick-up. We are located just 1.5 miles from the airport and should arrive within 5-10 minutes of your call.
- Due to airport safety and regulations, our drivers are not permitted to remain parked and waiting at the airport.

- Outside Operating Hours: If your arrival or departure is outside 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, you’ll need to arrange alternative transportation (taxi/rideshare).
- First-Come, First-Served: The shuttle operates on a first-come, first-served basis with a frequency of every 30 minutes, so please allow extra time before your flight to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
Airport Pick-Up to Hotel:
- After arrival to the airport and baggage claim, proceed to Ground Transportation located at pillars 5 & 6. Then, cross the street to the taxis and shuttles area. This is where you will await our hotel shuttle.
- At this time, you may call our hotel at 949-863-1999 to request for shuttle pick up. We are located just 1.5 miles from the airport and should arrive within 5-10 minutes from the time of your call.

Extension Terms and Conditions
Yes, it’s easy to extend your ParkRoll parking reservation right from the app. Simply hit “extend parking” on your ParkRoll application and choose a new end time. If there is an additional charge, the application will prompt you to agree before finalising your reservation. ParkRoll reservations are made to work for your life.
