ParkRoll is a parking reservation service that partners with various facilities and properties to provide you with more parking options and better rates. While ParkRoll does not own or operate any of these facilities or properties, we work closely with our partners to ensure a seamless parking experience every time you park.
Reservations made with ParkRoll are assured?Yes! When you book with ParkRoll, we guarantee you will have a parking spot at the price you paid or your money back. While ParkRoll does not physically hold a specific spot for each reservation, we work closely with our partners to monitor inventory levels and prevent overbooking.
What is ParkRoll Cancellation Policy?Free cancellation is available up until the reservation start time. Once the reservation time has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer care at [email protected]—we’re happy to assist you! Note: This is our standard cancellation policy. In some cases, exceptions may apply, and we will communicate when a different policy is in effect.
Do I have to enter and exit at the exact times on the reservation pass?Similar to a hotel reservation, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your ParkRoll reservation and must depart before the end time listed. For example, if your reservation is from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can enter any time after 7 a.m. and must leave before 6 p.m. Please note that any time spent parked outside of your reservation period is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility. You may also be charged for any extra hours or days not covered by your original booking.
How to extend my reservation?If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, please use the 'Extend Parking' feature on https://parkroll.com/extend-parking. Otherwise, you may be charged for any additional hours or days not covered by your original booking.
Will refund be done for unused days of reservation?No refunds will be issued for any overpayment for unused days. Cancellations apply to the entire length of stay based on your selected departure and return dates and times.
What is a parking pass / reservation pass?Whenever you make a reservation with ParkRoll, we send a parking pass to the email address and phone number you provide. This pass serves as your access to the facility and includes all the information needed for a smooth parking experience, such as the date and time of your reservation and any parking instructions.
What if something goes wrong with my reservation?Having trouble? Please reach out to [email protected] for a prompt resolution. Note: If you have already made a reservation, please have your Reservation ID (included in your confirmation email) ready to help us quickly locate your information.
What do the rate mean?For an accurate rate estimate, update your search by adjusting the date and times. You will then be able to compare the cost of your reservation at various locations within a one-mile radius (you can expand your radius to see more options).
Why can't I extend my reservation?There are a few reasons why you may have trouble extending a reservation. If the spot is sold out, the garage cannot accept extensions, and unfortunately, an extension isn’t possible. You can always reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.
Can I change the dates/times on my ParkRoll reservation?Your reservation covers the entire length of stay based on your selected departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, please contact [email protected] for assistance. We’re happy to help!
Is my vehicle oversized?Below is a guide to the types of vehicles generally considered Oversized or Specialty Oversized vehicles. Note: Oversized vehicles may be subject to an additional fee. Users can pay oversized fees through ParkRoll for some garages. For others, this fee is assessed and paid upon arrival, as determined by the on-site staff. While there may be some variation between garages, ParkRoll defines oversized vehicles as any vehicle that is 65″ to 75″ tall and over 181″ long, or any vehicle taller than 75″ regardless of length. ParkRoll is intended for personal vehicles only and cannot guarantee reservations for commercial or large oversized vehicles. Large, oversized vehicles include, but are not limited to, cargo vans, passenger vans, large trucks, and rental moving trucks of any size. Standard-size vehicles include, but are not limited to: 2-door cars (e.g., Honda Civic) 4-door sedans (e.g., BMW 7-series) Oversized vehicles include, but are not limited to: SUVs (e.g., Ford Explorer, Any Jeep) Minivans (e.g., Honda Odyssey)

Pricing in the ParkRoll marketplace is set by our parking partners. When you search for parking on parkroll.com, we will display prices based on your length of stay, location, and reservation dates and times.
What is a service fee?A service fee is added to each transaction on a per-reservation basis. This fee helps us invest in new features and services, allowing ParkRoll to cover the costs of operating our platform while providing industry-leading customer support, processing and fulfillment services, and ongoing operation and maintenance.
What are the "additional fees" charged for airport parking?This amount covers fees charged by the facility operator for expenses such as airport charges, facility fees, and additional operator costs, as estimated by ParkRoll.

How do I list my parking spot on ParkRoll?We’re always happy to help you get your spot listed on ParkRoll. You can list your spot with us at https://www.parkroll.com/parking-rentals. After submitting your information, a ParkRoll admin overseeing your location will reach out to finalize the details. Your space remains under your control. You set the prices and available spots, and you’ll have a dedicated ParkRoll admin to assist you with the details and act as your main point of contact with ParkRoll.

Is ParkRoll liable for vehicle damage or stolen items?ParkRoll does not own or manage the garages we partner with and is not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle or personal property. As with any parking situation, please ensure your vehicle is locked and do not leave valuables inside when you have a ParkRoll reservation.
Does ParkRoll offer monthly parking?Yes! Simply click on the 'Monthly' tab on the website, and monthly parking options will appear when you search.
Does ParkRoll partner with all garages?ParkRoll doesn’t partner with every garage, but we are continually working to expand and offer more parking options in more locations.
Does ParkRoll have airport parking?ParkRoll doesn’t offer parking directly at airports, but we do partner with locations near several major airports nationwide.
ParkRoll user tips and tricks1. Set the location and confirm your dates and times – We list the parking spots, their distance, and provide you with an estimated time frame and rate for each spot. Set the times based on the earliest you plan on arriving and the latest you intend on staying. It’s important to note that, like a hotel, you cannot enter the facility before your reservation begins, and you must leave before your pass expires. 2. Search for parking options, services, and amenities – You can filter garages by features such as covered parking, valet service, etc. 3. Checkout – When you’re ready to checkout, double-check your dates and times, and update any important information like your email address and phone number. Once you confirm your purchase, we will process your payment and send you a parking pass with instructions on how to access your parking spot.
Do I have to create a ParkRoll account?Nope! You can purchase through ParkRoll as a guest each time. All we’ll need from you when you book is an email address and phone number to send your parking pass, along with your payment information to complete the purchase.

You can reserve parking anywhere from minutes to months in advance; just make sure to purchase your reservation before entering the garage.
Can I park an RV, van, or bus?Oversized vehicle parking depends on the garage. Please check the garage instructions for more details. For assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
Is this valet or self-park?ParkRoll partners with various facilities that offer covered self-park, uncovered self-park, covered valet park, and uncovered valet park. You can filter garages by the type of parking you need. Additionally, you can view the offerings at each garage by clicking on the property title listed.
Is that the price for the whole stay?Yes! ParkRoll displays the total price for your entire stay on the checkout page, based on the selected dates, times, and services. ParkRoll requires pre-payment for all reservations.
Do I have to reserve online to get this rate?Yes! ParkRoll offers discounts on the drive-up rates at most of the locations we partner with. We work with owners and operators to help sell unused inventory, and in exchange, we can offer those spots at a discount and pass the savings on to you!
Is this location safe?Your safety is our top priority! We strive to offer the best parking locations and provide several pictures and important details for each of our spots. Can I park overnight?We offer overnight parking. When searching, adjust the dates and times to the overnight period during which you plan to park. All garages that allow overnight parking will appear, and you can book directly from our website.
What amenities does the garage offer?We offer spots with a wide variety of amenities, including covered or uncovered parking, valet or self-park, spots with handicap accessibility or EV charging, and spots that allow in-and-out access during your reservation, among others. To find the spot that best suits your needs, use the filtering options on our website. You can filter spots by the amenities you require.
- Parking Pass Do I need to print or display the parking pass?
Most of our locations do not require printed reservations; you can simply show the parking pass sent via email or phone number. For the few locations that do require a print-out, we make sure to include this information in the spot's instructions.
Can I transfer my parking pass to a different location?Reservations cannot be transferred to different locations, as rates vary between garages and parking lots, and different locations may be managed by different companies. However, if your reservation hasn't started yet, you can cancel it and book another spot at a different location!
I didn't receive / can't find my parking passYou should receive a confirmation via email and phone number after booking a spot. Parking passes are sent to the email address and phone number used for booking. If you have not received your parking pass, please reach out to us at [email protected].
How do I cancel the reservation?Free cancellation up to the reservation start time. Once the reservation time has started, it can’t be canceled or refunded. For cancellations, please contact our customer care at [email protected]. We’re happy to help you! Note: This is our standard cancellation policy, but in some cases, exceptions may apply. How do I add more time to my parking pass?You can extend the end time of your reservation by using the 'Extend Parking' option on https://parkroll.com/extend-parking
- Accounting/Billing Can I delete and unsubscribe from my account?

Is your site secure?Yes! We have a secure checkout process. All our billing is handled through Stripe and PayPal, multi-million-dollar companies that operate in 20 countries. When will my card be charged?Your card is charged when you press 'Pay Now,' not when the reservation starts or ends.
How long does a refund take?Depending on your bank or credit card company, a refund may take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account.
How do I know if my payment went through?If your payment goes through, you’ll see a confirmation page with a Reservation ID number, which serves as your confirmation number for the reservation. You’ll also receive a confirmation via email and phone containing your parking pass immediately. If you haven’t received a confirmation email and don’t see any charges on your card, the payment has not been processed.
Can I use Apple Pay/Android Pay?Yes! As long as you have Apple Pay or Google Pay set up on your phone and enabled, those payment options will automatically appear on the checkout page.
Can I sell my parking pass?Unfortunately, selling our parking passes through a third-party site is a violation of our terms and conditions. When our parking passes are sold through a third-party site, we no longer have the driver’s contact information, which can lead to various issues. If your plans change, you can always cancel your reservation before it begins!

Yes! We offer an option for group reservations, allowing you to make bulk bookings. After purchasing the reservation, you can simply forward the parking pass to the individuals you'd like to share it with. They will receive further details from ParkRoll and get a confirmation via email and phone number.
