Things You Should know
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- When you arrive, please inform the valet that you are a ParkRoll customer. Once you verify you prepaid with ParkRoll using your parking pass, you will be instructed by the valet attendants accordingly.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Upon exiting, please show the valet attendant your ParkRoll pass and the ticket they gave you when you entered. After the valet confirms you are exiting within your reservation’s parameters, they will retrieve your vehicle and you are good to go!

How to Redeem
Scan your barcode at the box with the red flashing light. Hold your barcode 2 inches from the reader until the gate opens. Do not pull a ticket. Park anywhere that is not marked reserved. Upon exit, scan your barcode again at the box with red flashing light. The gate will open and you are on your way!
Note: You cannot purchase additional reservations to extend your parking time once you have already entered the garage. Oversized vehicles will be charged an additional $7 fee upon exiting.Free Cancellation Policy
Plans change. We get it. Receive a full refund up to the day before your reservation begins. You can cancel your spot by dropping an email to [email protected]. If anything about your experience goes away, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Extension Terms and Conditions
Yes, it’s easy to extend your ParkRoll parking reservation right from the app. Simply hit “extend parking” on your ParkRoll application and choose a new end time. If there is an additional charge, the application will prompt you to agree before finalising your reservation. ParkRoll reservations are made to work for your life. They can be extended to last as long as your night takes you!
